The Role The Web Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operations of one of our web channels, ensuring timely updates are made, content is distributed, and we are delivering a first-class digital experience for both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement changes to web content, building pages, and general delivery of digital services on behalf of a marketing organisation.
• Break down information – reducing information into component parts, sorts and groups data, seeing underlying principles, patterns and themes in an array of complex information.
• Support changes to existing solutions as identified as part of continuous improvement or updated architecture.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and then presenting them in clear and understandable form.
• Execute changes and improvements to the Seequent and product websites including working with various content management systems and external providers to maintain and improve the existing customer experience based on agreed web strategy.
• Work with internal stakeholders on our ‘key’ events that occur through the course of the year including virtual and in person conferences, product announcements & releases, and large-scale communications.
• Ensure that work undertaken meets the needs of our ongoing marketing automation & marketing specialists.

Ensure Seequent is compliant with all relevant marketing, data and privacy legislation or other relevant statutory requirements in the jurisdictions we operate in.

• Respect customer privacy by considering how the data we collect & store is used throughout the organisation, ensuring we are only collecting what is required, and we are using It respectfully.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Relevant experience in marketing enablement or equivalent experience
• Understanding of web & digital services
• Ability to work across a global organisation, spanning different time zones and cultures is a must.
• Ability to work well with other team members and to provide support, coaching and training.
• Demonstrates structured planning and processing skills that identifies and delivers on predictable outcomes.
• Ability to prepare and response to detailed requests for information in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Ability to understand the products, markets, customers, and competitors and what drives their behaviours.
• Working experience with PM tools (Clickup, Jira or similar) and Content management systems (Wordpress or similar)
• Ability to provide and receive feedback from diverse sources and to grow personally and professionally from it.

Additional Information Hybrid working environment, work from our Vancouver, British Columbia office two or more days per week.
