YOUR ROLE: Infrastructure Managed Services Delivery Lead
WORK YOU’LL DO
Join us in shaping the future of service delivery! You will be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various areas. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Delivery Management and make a significant impact.
As an Infrastructure Managed Services Delivery Lead you will work with client infrastructure owner to drive program objectives. The Infrastructure Managed Services Delivery Lead will provide insights to leading practice and industry considerations. You will conduct regular activities to analyze data, deep dive on pain points, and provide recommendations to continuously improve on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in alignment with service and experience level agreements

Maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure

Identify opportunities for continual service improvement and enhance operational effectiveness

Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements.

Provide advisory services to shape and drive significant, value-led transformation.

Architect and deliver consulting services focused on next-gen IT models and agile, scalable architectures

Work with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to evaluate application and technology landscape.

Develop reference architecture for standard cloud platforms.

Understand cloud and infrastructure best practices and guiding principles.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience and certification with Public Cloud Service Provider (preference for Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud and hybrid environment
- Experiencing leading large teams spanning both onshore and offshore
- Experience managing service delivery across multi-tower infrastructure domains including Cloud, Data Center, Network, End User, Security, Help Desk, Database, and Middleware.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. French will be beneficial asset.
