Purpose And Objective SAP Canada seeks a Customer Success Manager Senior Advisor to proactively engage with assigned portfolio of customers with the goal of driving customers to leverage BTP as the platform-of-choice for integration, extension, innovation and analysis scenarios of the Intelligent Enterprise.
- Fluent French proficiency is preffered
Expectations And Tasks Responsible for developing relationships with technical decision makers to ensure that SAP customers consumption of the BTP Cloud services grows in alignment with SAP (Intelligent Enterprise) strategy. Engage customers to activate their initial adoption, promote retention and loyalty. Partner with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, and coordinate activities with the Account Team by building out a joint outcome-based plan and drive a mutual understanding of IT-Architecture and business value. Deliver expertise with digital transformation and advise on technical and business architectures. Orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers leveraging assets of the SAP BTP engagement model. Analyze customer’s technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers. Provide recommendations and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap. Work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc. Fulfill a customer’s premium subscription services.
Education And Occupational Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills And Competencies Experience Experience must involve four (4) years or more in the following:
- You have technical Cloud Architecture experience and can guide customers on technical conversations.
- You have experience with cloud solutions, preferably SAP BTP. You can understand, explain, and draft Cloud Architecture Diagrams.
- You have experience articulating the value of and positioning use cases and solutions to customers.
- You have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
- Demo proof of concept applications such as BTP Build applications, integration flows or stories on SAP SAC using SAP HANA and or BDC or working with Solution advisors to demonstrate this
- Driving use case development, via Design Thinking or equivalent methodology.
Targets / KPIs BTP CSMs Are Measured On
- Growth of BTP Platform consumption among assigned customers. As well as upsells, expansions and customer relationship management.
- Have a handle on renewals, net bookings, and churn management at assigned accounts
- Bring success stories on BTP working with customers and present at events such as Sapphire, SAP Connect
- Lead one of the topics such as integration, build , Data or analytics as a champion to benefit the MU and the region

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
