We’re Hiring: Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator – Liberty Village – Toronto , ON

As we continue to grow our clinics in the Liberty Village area, we’re looking for a Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships, connecting with local communities, and helping more patients access care.

This role is all about being out in the community—developing partnerships, building trust, and creating meaningful connections that naturally introduce new patients to our clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing

Community Outreach & Engagement

• Represent our clinics at local events, schools, health fairs, and community initiatives
• Build awareness of our clinics through face-to-face engagement
• Connect with individuals and families in a natural, relationship-first way

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners
• Identify opportunities to collaborate within the Burlington community
• Develop partnerships that lead to consistent patient referrals

Patient Acquisition & Growth

• Act as a friendly first point of contact for prospective patients
• Help guide individuals into care and support their first interaction with the clinic
• Support referral programs and local growth initiatives

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to align outreach efforts
• Share insights from the community to support marketing and patient experience
• Track outreach activity, leads, and overall impact

The Role

• Part-Time – 20 to 25 hours per week
• Compensation: $18 to $20/hour (based on experience) + bonus/commission opportunities

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, business development, or a similar role
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience in healthcare or dental is an asset (but not required)
• Familiarity with the Burlington community is a strong asset
• Second language proficiency is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation may be required
