The Opportunity Reporting to the Territory Manager, this role supports daily warehouse operations, customer service, and product handling. The position involves physical work, inventory tasks, and interaction with walk-in and phone-in customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Assist with orders, sales transactions, inquiries, payments, and product questions.
- Receive, organize, and put away deliveries.
- Support with inventory tracking.
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse facilities.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and shared snow removal duties.
- Rearrange and move inventory; lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Operate forklifts safely (forklift experience/certification required)
- Attend staff and safety meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Forklift Certification.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical, outdoor tasks.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, invoicing, and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Safety-focused with good judgment.
- Assets: First Aid, WHMIS, Dangerous Goods, Spill Response, sales/service experience.
