What You’ll Do
This role blends strategy, relationships, and storytelling through data.
40% – Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive new listings, support promotional planning, and help grow distribution across key accounts.
25% – Customer Relationships
Build strong partnerships with buyers and category teams through regular business reviews and collaborative planning.
25% – Storytelling Through Data
Translate sales performance and category insights into clear, compelling stories that help retailers grow the category.
10% – Trade Shows & Events
Represent Nature’s Path at key natural industry events and customer meetings.
You’ll also partner with brokers and distributors, support forecasting and trade planning, and help ensure our brands show up strongly across the natural channel.
What You Bring
- 4ish years of CPG sales experience
- Experience in the natural or specialty grocery channel
- Strong relationship-building skills with retailers
- Ability to turn sales data into clear, compelling retail stories
- Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Superior communication skills
Good to know:
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year
- Bonus: 20% annual target
- $500/month car allowance
- Travel: Approx. 15% within Canada
- Comprehensive health benefits and strong employee programs
- This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada, with a preference for the West Coast where many natural retail hubs are located.
- Ideally, we have this rock star starting early May to be able to attend our annual Sales Conference in Vancouver
