This role offers an exceptional entry-level opportunity for individuals with excellent data entry skills, providing a foundational experience that can pave the way for progression into more specialized positions such as inside sales or documentation roles.

What you will do:
- Work with warehouse staff to prepare MTRs for all out going customer orders.
- Scan and enter all MTRs / documents into data base for all incoming stock and sold items
- Support when needed in the preparation of documentation packages and ensure all necessary documentation complies with industry regulations and customer specifications
- Cover vacation time for warehouse administration
- Pull and scan paperwork as requested by sales team
What you will bring:
- Strong data entry skills are required
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications is required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
- Consistently meets deadlines within a fast-paced work environment
- Extreme attention to detail
- Industry knowledge and/or experience is an asset
