Available Roles

We’re hiring for Landscape Gardener / Crew Leader

What You’ll Be Doing

Main Season (April–November)

• Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, planting, mulching
• Seasonal planting and property enhancements
• Operating landscaping equipment safely
• Working on high-end residential properties
• Communicating professionally with teammates and clients -*Crew Leaders:*helping plan the day and supporting the crew

Seasonal Work (November–December & March)

• Installing and removing professional Christmas light displays
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining Landmark quality standards

Winter Layoff (January–February)

• Eligible for Employment Insurance (EI)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in gardening, lawn care, or property maintenance is required
• Leadership experience is a plus for Crew Leader roles
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
• Valid G driver’s license (required)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
