Guest Services Attendant - Hybrid (3 Day Shifts / 2 Overnight Shifts Per Week)
First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests".
This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting December 10, 2025.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour
Our starting rate of pay for the Overnight shifts is $23.50.
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $21.35 (day shifts) and $27.90 (overnight shifts) respectively.
Job Duties Include:

Meeting and greeting guests, and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure

Safely parking any valet vehicles

Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner

Knowledgeable about all hotel related information, including promotions, menus, hours of service, facilities, and guest rooms
Qualifications
- A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required
- Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset
