Summary Reporting to the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition, the Flight Coordinator participates in the overall functioning of the 24/7 Operations Control Centre based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to, promote, and comply with the company safety policy
  • Support the Pilot in Command (PIC) in their responsibilities
  • Complete the training requirements outlined in Execaire’s Training Control Manual
  • Acquire all logistics (catering, ground transportation, handling, overflight permits, commercial traffic rights, etc.) for flights operated or supported by Execaire or Image Air Charter
  • Ensure all services are acquired at the best possible value
  • Obtain fuel quotes and secure fuel services with our suppliers
  • Ensure interface with customers, flight crew, and operations personnel
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of International Operations and Service Acquisition

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in aviation
  • Experience in procurement an asset
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluently biliingual in English and French
  • Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Flight Planning Software
