Temporary, Full-Time (40 hrs)

PARC is seeking a Sales & Operations Project Manager to support a results-driven strategy focused on strengthening sales culture and increasing occupancy across select residences. Working hands-on with community leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will identify operational gaps impacting sales performance and lead targeted initiatives to drive occupancy and resident referrals.

This is a project and change-oriented position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Because life at PARC is nothing short of extraordinary, we are seeking an individual with the same high standards to fill this position. Reporting to the CEO, this position will work directly with specific communities to address occupancy and sales challenges that are currently being experienced.

About the Job

  • Working with site leadership to drive occupancy improvement through focused sales support and targeted operational initiatives
  • Observe community operations to identify gaps where sales culture, behaviors, or processes are missing or underdeveloped
  • Support and influence change initiatives designed to embed a stronger, more consistent sales culture within our residences
  • With the community Sales Living Specialist, design and support sales-focused events, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance lead conversion and engagement
  • Cultivate resident referrals by partnering with operational leaders to support and enhance the resident experience
  • Use data and insights from UKG and Sherpa to inform decisions, track performance, and prioritize sales efforts
  • Collaborate across departments and work closely with various community leaders to align sales efforts with operational execution
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the CEO on progress, risks, and opportunities

Required

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling sales efforts, ideally in hospitality, senior living, real estate, or service-based environments
  • Strong observational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and performance gaps
  • Comfortable initiating and supporting change in established environments and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience using data and reporting tools to guide decision-making (Yardi, UKG, Sherpa experience considered an asset)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Organized, adaptable, and action-oriented, with the ability to deliver results within a defined period
  • Must be free of any communicable diseases
  • Position both in office and out in field. Some evening and weekend hours.
  • Criminal Record Check
  • TB test within the first month of employment
  • Class 5 driver’s License and willingness to travel to PARC residences

Working Conditions

  • Employees in this position must be able to work in a resident-community environment.
  • This role may involve travelling between different properties.
