Votre rôle:
Nous recherchons un notaire pour rejoindre notre Groupe Banque et Finance. Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les avocats et les clients pour préparer et exécuter des transactions de financement et immobilières. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour un notaire qui aime le travail transactionnel et souhaite faire partie d'une équipe juridique collaborative et dynamique.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Préparer, examiner et recevoir des actes notariés, des hypothèques, des mainlevées, des servitudes et d'autres instruments de garantie.
- Effectuer des recherches de titres et examiner les certificats de localisation ainsi que la documentation associée.
- Vérifier la conformité aux exigences des prêteurs et des emprunteurs pour la clôture.
- Coordonner et gérer les clôtures immobilières et de financement, y compris la préparation des documents, les signatures et les enregistrements.
- Effectuer les enregistrements au Registre foncier et au Registre des entreprises du Québec (REQ) selon les besoins.
- Maintenir des dossiers de transaction organisés, suivre les conditions et assurer la livraison en temps voulu de tous les documents requis.
- Communiquer avec les clients, les institutions financières et d'autres professionnels afin de faciliter la conclusion harmonieuse des transactions.
- Aider aux aspects administratifs et procéduraux généraux du Groupe Banque et Finance au besoin.
Vos qualifications :
- Notaire autorisé au Québec, membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec.
- 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en droit immobilier ou en droit bancaire/financier (l'expérience avec des prêteurs commerciaux ou institutionnels constitue un atout).
- Solide compréhension du droit immobilier québécois et de l'examen des titres de propriété.
- Maîtrise des systèmes du Registre foncier, Notarius, Consigno et de la suite Microsoft Office (la connaissance de Para-Maître est un atout).
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs transactions simultanément dans un environnement soumis à des délais serrés.
- Approche professionnelle et axée sur le client, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.

Your role:
We are seeking a Notary to join our Banking and Finance Group. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers and clients to prepare and execute financing and real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a notary who enjoys transactional work and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and receive notarial deeds, hypothecs, releases, servitudes, and other security instruments.
- Conduct title searches and review certificates of location and related documentation.
- Verify compliance with lender and borrower requirements for closing.
- Coordinate and manage real estate and financing closings, including document preparation, signatures, and registrations.
- Perform registrations at the Land Register (Registre foncier) and Enterprise Register (REQ) as required.
- Maintain organized transaction files, track conditions, and ensure timely delivery of all required documents.
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate smooth closings.
- Assist with general administrative and procedural aspects of the Banking and Finance Group as needed.
Your qualifications:
- Licensed Notary in Québec, member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate or banking/finance law (experience with commercial or institutional lenders is an asset).
- Strong understanding of Québec real estate law and title examination.
- Proficiency with Land Register systems, Notarius, Consigno and Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Para-Maître is an asset).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills in both French and English.
