Description & Requirements
Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Enablement & Transformation Manager that sits at the intersection of strategic planning, performance enablement, and business operations. As part of EA SPORTS Operations and Enablement team, you will play an integral part of the team by optimizing how our teams plan, measure, and scale impact across the EA SPORTS portfolio. You will help align strategic change initiatives to measurable outcomes, optimize investment effectiveness, enable decision-making through actionable insights, and operationalize various groups towards outcome-driven results. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of data-fluency, financial acumen, process discipline, and has a strong bias for action.
This role is a core member of the Marketing Operations & Effectiveness team. You will help the Director of Marketing Ops & Effectiveness run the team’s portfolio of change initiatives, organize our work, and support the adoption and tracking of new ways of working across EA SPORTS Marketing and Commercial.
This is a great fit for someone with an operations, project management, or consulting background who wants to grow in change management and marketing operations
What You’ll Do
-
Support change programs for Marketing & Commercial
- Partner with the Director of Marketing Ops & Effectiveness to support a portfolio of change initiatives that improve how Marketing and Commercial teams plan, execute, and measure their work.
- Help investigate opportunities by gathering inputs, mapping current workflows, and summarizing pain points and requirements.
- Support design and rollout of new processes, tools, and operating models, including pilot coordination, timelines, and stakeholder lists.
- Own the “plumbing” of adoption: track who needs to change what, follow up on actions, and surface blockers early.
- Help define and maintain success metrics and scorecards to show adoption, compliance, and impact over time.
- Facilitate OKR tracking across departments to ensure measurable progress toward strategic goals
-
Keep the operations team organized and on track
- Run the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Marketing Ops & Effectiveness team: meeting agendas, notes, action items, owners, and follow-ups.
- Maintain the team’s portfolio view of work, including intake, prioritization, status, dependencies, and risks.
- Build and keep up-to-date project plans, timelines, across initiatives, so leadership can see where things stand at a glance.
- Help ensure alignment with other central functions (e.g., PMO, Finance, Legal, Tech) so efforts are coordinated and not duplicated.
-
Enablement, communication, and track
- Support creation of enablement materials (guides, decks, training content) to help teams understand and adopt new processes and tools.
- Coordinate trainings, office hours, and feedback loops. Capture questions and feed them back into documentation.
- Prepare concise updates for leadership and partners, including status summaries, risks, and decisions needed.
- Work with analytics and operations partners to pull the data needed for adoption and performance reporting, and to keep dashboards current.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, consulting, or marketing operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Proven experience organizing and driving multi-stakeholder work, even if you are not the “owner” of the strategy. You know how to keep a group on track.
- Strong project coordination skills: you are good at structuring work, creating clear plans, tracking tasks and dependencies, and following up.
- Comfort with process and systems: you enjoy mapping how work gets done today and helping to design better, simpler workflows.
- Data comfort: you can work with dashboards and basic data extracts to track adoption, progress, and simple performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can summarize complex work into clear updates and next steps for different stakeholders.
- High ownership and follow-through. You notice loose ends and close them.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a centralized ops, BizOps, or enablement team supporting customer-facing, sales, or marketing functions.
- Familiarity in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Asana, or similar analytics and project platforms
- Passion for sports and EA SPORTS’ mission to redefine fandom and participation
