Position Summary: We’re looking for a curious and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support our Accounts Receivable team. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, ON.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with billing and accounts receivable team and business leaders to provide insights, financial reporting, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support both top-line growth and margin optimization.

**What You’ll Do:**As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
- Lead performance reporting and insights: Including variance analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights to track performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Own planning and forecasting cycles: Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates ensuring alignment of financial assumptions and business strategies across stakeholders.
- Drive data-informed decision making: Develop and apply financial models and analytical frameworks to support margin optimization.
- Partner with the business: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and ad hoc analysis: Contribute to financial process improvements and deliver ad hoc analysis and projects to support evolving business needs.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business planning, or a related field.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; CPA, MBA, or progress toward a designation is an asset.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Ability to work with large data sets, analyze trends, and clearly explain business performance and variances.
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Power BI, EPM) is considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Experience in regulated or operational environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, or CPG) is considered an asset.

What We Offer: Salary range:$81,431 – $103,825 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
