The bigger picture
We’re looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a full-time Financial Service Representative at the La Ronge branch!
As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs. Through conversations, you will get to know our members, and assist them in reaching their financial goals. If you have an interest in the financial industry but limited experience, all you need is a high school diploma! Many of our employees started out in other industries. We are looking for team members who care about helping our members and proactively provide solutions to support their financial needs. If you want to learn and grow, we will be there to train and support your development.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
- Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications - to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
- Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
- Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

- High School Diploma
- Experience in providing customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling
Salary Range
$43,370 - $51,020 with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
