EIPS employs approximately 875 full-time equivalent teaching staff and 560 full-time equivalent non-teaching staff, and are seeking to recruit and retain highly motivated, creative, and engaged professionals, who will enable us to teach our students how to learn, prepare each student to achieve their best, and assist students in becoming contributing members of society. - Bachelor of Education
- Must be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Effective organization and classroom management skills
- Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience or familiarity analyzing data and using data to inform decision and/or instruction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
- Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
