Material Handler
Location: 2168 Springfield Road Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Starting Wage: $17.00/hour Are you looking for a hands-on role where your attention to detail and organization skills make a real impact? As a Material Handler, you’ll play a vital role in our production team by ensuring that all parts and materials are accurately stored and readily available for assembly. Key Responsibilities
Ensure parts are properly stored in designated locations. Deliver materials to the appropriate areas throughout the facility. Maintain accurate bin locations and inventory records. Perform pre-use inspections and maintain equipment logs. Assist with receiving shipments and verifying materials. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Other general duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a material handling or warehouse role is an asset. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. Forklift license (an asset) or willingness to complete training. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to follow safety and production standards. Good communication skills (verbal and written English). Reliable transportation – HERD is not accessible by public transit.
