3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Safety Lead to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK, and occasional travel is required.

What you’ll do:
- Models and builds a safety culture consistent with 3twenty’s values.
- Continue to develop and implement existing health and safety programs, including standard operating procedures, policies and training.
- Maintain project incident reporting and data collection systems, conduct investigations and ensure that corrective action(s) are completed expediently.
- Manage Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) claims and guide return-to-work plans.
- Create strong working relationships with site superintendents and project managers to ensure work is designed and implemented safely.
- Travel to project sites on an occasional basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will collaborate closely with our field team, Lead Hands, Site Superintendents, Operations Manager, Ownership, and the People Strategy Lead to ensure the safe execution of projects.
What you’ll bring:
- An associate degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) is considered an asset.
- National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or Construction Safety Officer (CSO) Designation is required.
- 5 or more years of related experience. Construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to identify tasks.
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
