Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to support a large-scale Information System Replacement initiative. The successful candidate will lead organizational change activities, ensuring stakeholders effectively transition from current processes and systems to future-state operations. This role requires a strategic change management professional with extensive experience developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication initiatives, and organizational readiness activities for technology transformation projects.
Mandatory Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate: Minimum 8 years of experience developing and implementing organizational change management deliverables. Minimum 5 years of experience creating stakeholder communication materials. Experience working as an Organizational Change Manager on at least one large-scale technology or business transformation initiative. Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, principles, and best practices. Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. Experience developing communication, engagement, and resistance management plans. Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience defining and measuring change adoption metrics and success indicators. Experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders. Experience leading stakeholder workshops and meetings. Experience managing change-related risks and issues. Experience working with public sector organizations. Experience supporting or testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Finance, or related platforms). Experience using Microsoft Office 2016 or newer versions.
