Compensation & Perks

Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Practice
- Provide prescription and OTC counselling
- Ensure accurate dispensing and compliance with all regulatory/standards requirements
- Deliver full-scope professional services
- Collaborate with other health-care providers to support patient care
Workflow & Inventory
- Maintain dispensary security and patient confidentiality
- Manage workflow queues, documentation, and will-call bins
- Monitor inventory, expired product, and ordering
- Adhere to all controlled-substance regulations
Operations
- Maintain professional, organized work areas
- Review/action store communications
- File medication or privacy incident reports
Qualifications
- Strong clinical judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Comfortable with pharmacy software and technology
- Commitment to ongoing education and Health & Safety standards
