The Partnerships, Privacy, and Legislative Services Branch at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health is seeking a highly-skilled, confident, and organized individual to provide a wide range of administrative and project support functions within the branch for a 1-year term.
In a high-volume and demanding work environment you will format, edit, and process a wide variety of documents including correspondence, briefing material, Cabinet documents, minutes, reports, tables and committee materials. You will be responsible for providing support to the unit's legislative coordinator and the branch's executive admin coordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining office processes and procedures including DocShare, accounts payable tracking, ordering supplies, assisting with mailroom duties, filing, and IT service requests. Other duties include scheduling meetings and logistics.
Typically, the competencies required for this position would be obtained through a certificate/diploma in business education with several years of administrative experience.
