About the role

Job Description

At Bond, we design creative and innovative solutions for our clients, all with the goal of helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. That can take us in some pretty amazing directions, and as a Scrum Master, you’ll have your hands on the wheel as we drive the future of loyalty.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices within one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of transparency and continuous delivery. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to deliver high-quality products in alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
  • Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a servant-leader for the Scrum team(s), guiding them in Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
  • Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Track and communicate team progress using metrics like velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow.
  • Identify and help remove impediments that block team progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency of Agile practices across the organization.
