If you're ready to take on a challenging, hands-on role where safety, teamwork, and growth are paramount, we encourage you to join our dynamic team. Together, we’ll continue to set the standard for excellence in construction.

Primarily focused on data analysis and report development, the Data & Analytics Developer works with the rest of the Enterprise Application team to help the business develop, implement and maintain systems across all verticals. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, a successful candidate will be able to focus on ensuring the business has access to meaningful data from the various systems in use.

How You’ll Add Value

  • Drive Informed Decision-Making: Transform complex datasets into intuitive Power BI and SSRS dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Modernize Reporting Architecture: Consolidate data from fragmented systems (D365, InEight, ADP) into centralized, high-performance reporting tools, reducing manual effort and "spreadsheet sprawl."
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Build and validate reliable data models to ensure a "single version of the truth" that the organization can trust.
  • Empower Self-Service: Design user-friendly, scalable reporting solutions and provide guidance to help business users explore data independently.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate technical data structures into meaningful business outputs, ensuring that reporting aligns with departmental goals and cross-functional needs.
  • Continuous Optimization: Refine existing reports and data extraction processes to improve load times, usability, and visual clarity.

What You Bring

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience developing impactful reports and dashboards specifically within Power BI and SSRS.
  • SQL Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL for extracting, shaping, and optimizing data from various sources.
  • Architectural Mindset: Solid understanding of data modeling and the ability to build efficient, scalable datasets for enterprise reporting.
  • System Familiarity: Experience integrating data from ERP and HCM platforms (e.g., D365, InEight, or ADP).
  • Analytical Translation: The ability to take a vague business request and turn it into a concrete technical requirement.
  • Attention to Detail: A rigorous focus on data accuracy and consistency, you’re the person who catches the discrepancy.
  • Forward-Thinking: Exposure to data lakes or modern cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS) is a major plus.
