We need a Head of Engineering who understands where AI is going — and can lead teams to build, scale, and deliver with zero excuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead engineering teams across multiple AI SaaS products.
  • Own the technical roadmap and architecture for scalability, security, and speed.
  • Ship products with fast execution and high reliability.
  • Be a client-facing leader, supporting enterprise presentations and technical discussions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale top engineering talent globally.
  • Drive innovation at the intersection of AI, automation, and CX.

What We Expect

  • 10+ years of engineering leadership (Head/Director/VP level).
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML (NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, automation).
  • Strong track record building and shipping SaaS and cloud-native platforms.
  • Ability to scale teams across distributed geographies.
  • Clear, confident communicator with enterprise clients and executives.
  • Accountability-first mindset — no excuses, only results.
