PMO Responsibilities
Lead the Project Management Office to define, implement, and maintain standardized project governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Oversee project portfolio management (PPM), including intake, prioritization, resource planning, and performance tracking.
Ensure all projects align with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
Mentor project managers and ensure consistent execution of project lifecycle processes (initiation to closure).
Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and KPIs.
Collaborate with Finance and Leadership for project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Release Management Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end software and infrastructure release process across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production).
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Security, Ops, Business) for release readiness, scheduling, and approvals.
Develop and maintain release calendar, aligning with sprint plans, business priorities, and compliance requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate release-related risks and issues proactively.
Standardize change and deployment procedures, including rollback plans and release documentation.
Implement automation and CI/CD tools where feasible to streamline deployments.
