About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office, client-facing position that sits at the heart of our daily operations. You'll work closely with our advisors to support client meetings, process investment transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure every client interaction reflects the high standard of service we're known for. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in an environment where trust, accountability, and attention to detail are valued. While experience in financial services is considered an asset, it is not required. We are happy to train the right individual who demonstrates strong administrative skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
