Main Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to oversee day-to-day operations.

Manage ongoing projects.

Handle promotions and daily operations in CRM.

Ensure seamless coordination between teams to drive efficient workflow and execution.
Project Management:

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Drive innovation by identifying areas for improvement and implementing creative solutions.

Adapt to changing priorities and challenges with a proactive mindset.
Reliability and Efficiency:

Demonstrate high reliability in managing critical tasks and projects.

Implement efficient operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Be willingly available after work hours on an on-demand basis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Engage with stakeholders from all departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Communicate efficiently with relevant personnel to deliver tangible results promptly.
Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an operational role (Project Manager or similar positions).

Educational Background: Preferred: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Technical Acumen: Possess technical affinity and a grasp.

Fast-paced environment: Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Reliability: Demonstrates high reliability in delivering on responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
