About the role

Our Client is looking for an intermediate level ServiceNow Administrator. This is for a 1 year contract.

Role: ServiceNow Administrator

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Hybrid. This role can be fully Remote but preference will be given to a resource who can work onsite in Regina 3 days/week.

Experience Level: Intermediate

Position And/or Project Description Our Client is looking for an individual with strong ServiceNow experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements
  • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements
  • Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)
  • Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities
  • Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements
  • Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
  • Assist in resolving technical issues

Mandatory Education/Certifications

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Desired Education/Certifications:

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Mandatory Experience:

  • 4-5 years of demonstrated experience as a developer and administrator for ServiceNow instances.
  • Experience with the following products:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Performance Analytics

Desired Experience

  • Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Copilot
  • Experience with Service Hub
