- Tech (B2B SaaS, platforms, tech-enabled businesses)
- DTC & Telehealth through our health-focused brand, Roveia
This role supports demand generation across both verticals, including internal growth and select client accounts.
The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own demand generation end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for acquiring qualified leads, improving lead quality, lowering CPL over time, and ensuring tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate.
This is an ownership role. You’ll be accountable for pipeline input - not just lead volume.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own demand generation strategy and execution across Tech and DTC/Telehealth
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Diagnose funnel performance across Ads → Lead → Call → SQL
- Balance lead quality, volume, and CPL as budgets scale
- Work closely with sales to align on lead quality and pipeline outcomes
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Build clear performance reports and insights for leadership
- Test and iterate on new campaign types (lead gen, gated content, webinars, experiments)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8+ years experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience owning paid demand gen campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and downstream metrics
- Comfortable working with sales teams and pipeline metrics
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues calmly and methodically
- Experience generating demand for a marketing agency
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent flow of qualified leads across both verticals
- Improved lead-to-call and lead-to-SQL conversion rates
- Stable or improving CPL while maintaining quality
- Clear visibility into performance and attribution
- Strong alignment between marketing and sales
