About the role
Operate a motor grader to spread and level materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt. Grade roads, construction sites, and other surfaces to the required specifications. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Ensure safe operation of machinery and follow all safety procedures. Work with the construction team and supervisors to complete projects on time. Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
Requirements
Previous experience operating a motor grader. Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and instructions. Knowledge of road construction and grading techniques. Valid driver’s license (Class depending on local regulations). Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Heavy equipment certification or training. Experience in road construction or civil works.
