WORK YOU’LL DO
We’re seeking a Technology Architect to support deployment and cutover planning within our organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring environmental readiness, coordinating infrastructure-level activities, and supporting successful deployments across Azure and hybrid systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the cutover and deployment runbook for environment infrastructure releases

Coordinate environment readiness and cutover checkpoints with infra, triage, QA, and offshore deployment teams
-
Assist in deployment gating and validation, ensuring key technical and platform criteria are met before go-live

Track blockers, configuration readiness, and dependencies across Azure and on-premise infrastructure
-
Participate in standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with a focus on infrastructure and platform delivery
-
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through of cutover activities and rollback readiness
-
Designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.

Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs
-
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

The role is required to work onsite typically 3 days a week
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or in a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in release or cutover coordination within infrastructure or platform teams
- Familiarity with Azure IaaS/PaaS, including App Gateway, Logic Apps, SQL, and Terraform-based provisioning
- Strong coordination and communication skills, including verbal and written updates to technical stakeholders
- Ability to understand how infrastructure supports deployments, even when application code is managed by another team
- Exposure to blue/green or canary deployments
- Experience working in enterprise environments that blend modern cloud and legacy systems
- Comfort working in fast paced release cycles across test, performance, and production environments
- Certifications: AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator, AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
