The Brink’s National Client Services (BNCS) department is committed to placing the customer at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team who excel at problem-solving and providing effective solutions.
Availability: 08:00–16:00, 10:00–18:00, 13:00–21:00, and overnight 21:00–07:00 (Monday to Sunday)
**Position:**Full-time, in-office (Etobicoke, Ontario)
As a member of the BNCS team, you will:
- Handle inquiries from our internal and external customers relating to our products and services via phone and email
- Trouble shoot technical issues with both customers and crew members on a wide range of issues critical to business continuance
- Engage with a variety of internal partners to find timely resolution on customer requests and concerns
- Work within a specified framework and processes to diagnose and resolve issues
- Execute the delivery of specific reports through the day
- Be engaged to support adhoc projects and be the primary point of contact for customer outreach
