Senior Consultant, Pre-Sales Pricing Analyst

The Bid Desk is looking for a talented and dynamic Pre-Sales Pricing Analyst to join the team.
What you will do:
As a Pricing Analyst, you will work within the Pre-Sales Solution team and be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing models for complex bids and proposals. You’ll collaborate closely with solution architects, sales, finance, and delivery teams to ensure our pricing is both compelling for our clients, and commercially viable for KPMG.

- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support deal pricing, including cost estimation, margin analysis, and scenario planning.
- Bid Support: Partner with solution architects and sales teams to ensure pricing aligns with solution design, delivery feasibility, and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, delivery, and legal teams to validate pricing assumptions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Market Insights: Stay current with industry pricing trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to inform pricing decisions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and bid teams.
What you bring to this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or bid support roles (consulting or technology sector preferred)
- Proven experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and complex deal pricing
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with pricing tools and proposal automation systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $62,000 to $80,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
