About the role

Position Scope:

The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for aFleet Equipment Coordinator. Reporting to the Corporate Fleet Manager, the Fleet Equipment Coordinator will be accountable for assisting with all Fleet support systems, tools, and programs for the safe, efficient, and optimized operation of all company vehicles and equipment from our Edmonton, AB office. Responsibilities:

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply levels to support all scopes of work.
  • Responsible for the coordination of equipment going to auction.
  • Assist with getting freight/equipment rates in support to projects.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of equipment data within JDE.

Ensure fleet programs are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Monitoring and tracking fleet location assignments and availability assignments.
  • Working with mechanic leads/management on the coordination of vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company preventative maintenance (PM) program.
  • Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management.

Other Duties as required

  • Liaise & collaborate with project fleet teams on the performance of their fleet
  • Create/prepare various fleet reports to support effective maintenance and disposition of company fleet
  • Attend multi-department meetings as required.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Work Experience:

  • Five years Heavy equipment maintenance administration or fleet related experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational, administrative and time management background.

Education:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent experience
