Overview
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our remote Operations team. In this role, you will support appointment scheduling, coordinate inbound and outbound client calls, respond to time-sensitive inquiries, and assist with order management. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls each day.
• Complete assigned outbound calls to schedule or update client appointments.
• Respond to voicemail messages within one hour of receipt.
• Communicate promptly with clients about appointment changes or rescheduling.
• Respond to incoming emails throughout the day.
• Assist colleagues through Microsoft Teams requests as needed.
• Support order management, including cancellations, problem file resolution, and new order creation.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers when required.
• Ensure all orders and documentation are complete and ready for submission.
What You Bring
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education.
• Minimum one year of telephone-based customer service experience (call centre experience is an asset).
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
Technical Skills:
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate multiple software tools simultaneously.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM.
