As a Material Coordinator, you will manage the receipt and shipment of materials while coordinating handling activities with a team of professionals. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring procedures are followed safely and effectively.
What you will do
Receiving materials:
- Receive material deliveries and verify that they comply with orders.
- Coordinate unloading with industry professionals to inspect goods and ensure quantities are correct.
Shipping materials:
- Prepare orders for shipping and ensure proper packaging.
Team coordination:
- Support receiving and inspection activities with a team of industry professionals.
Inventory management:
- Conduct cyclical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory tracking system.
- Execute inventory transactions in the inventory system.
Safety and compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety standards and handling procedures.

Identify and report hazards and take corrective action
This role could be for you if you have

2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or material management.

Experience in inventory management and material handling.

Have knowledge of inventory systems (ERP).

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
