We're hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant—someone who understands digital marketing and can confidently manage multiple client accounts across advertising, SEO, website management, and digital strategy.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on digital marketing role requiring someone who can manage multiple client accounts while delivering measurable results. You'll work closely with our team and clients to execute digital marketing strategies across paid advertising, search engine optimization, website management, content creation, and performance reporting. Every day is different, and you'll be expected to think strategically while also executing the work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns Perform keyword research and execute on-page SEO strategies Write SEO-focused website copy, landing pages, blogs, and marketing content Update and maintain WordPress websites (Elementor experience is an asset) Monitor website performance and recommend ongoing improvements Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines Collaborate with designers, developers, photographers, and content creators Conduct website audits and identify opportunities for optimization Assist with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation when required Stay current with changes in Google, Meta, SEO, and digital marketing best practices Participate in client meetings and communicate campaign progress professionally

Required Experience & Skills

2 years of experience in digital marketing or an agency environment an asset Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), including keyword research and on-page optimization Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for both users and search engines Experience updating WordPress websites (Elementor experience is preferred) Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is an asset Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification

Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is considered an asset Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an asset

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is highly encouraged
