In this role, you will drive cross-functional business process transformation while enabling AI-powered workflows. Your expertise in process engineering will lead to the design of future-state processes that incorporate automation, resulting in measurable improvements. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring that all initiatives align with enterprise standards.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute a roadmap for process re-engineering with automation and AI.
• Lead workshops to map current-state value stream workflows and uncover pain points.
• Design future state processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation within redesigned workflows.
• Document and maintain a centralized process knowledge base.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in business process engineering, operations, or analysis in global tech environments.
• Proven track record of facilitating transformation workshops and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Experience with automation and agentic workflows.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred); Agile/Project/Change Management (PMP, CSM) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
