Le/La Responsable de l’acquisition de talents mettra en place et pilotera une structure de recrutement proactive pour l’activité Retail au Canada. Rattaché(e) au/à la Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, la personne retenue identifiera et recrutera des talents d’exception afin de soutenir la réussite continue de Sephora dans la création d’une expérience client véritablement inspirante.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

Recruter les meilleurs talents :

  • Prendre en charge le recrutement de bout en bout des postes de leadership en magasin pour une région définie (plusieurs districts). Développer des partenariats solides avec les managers recruteurs et les partenaires RH afin d’assurer un processus de recrutement efficient et efficace, offrant une excellente expérience candidat.
  • Soutenir la stratégie de gestion des talents et de planification de la relève en collaboration avec les partenaires RH et les managers recruteurs.
  • Identifier de manière proactive les écarts de talents dans la région et proposer une stratégie de recrutement personnalisée pour chaque district/région.
  • Formuler des recommandations d’embauche sur la base des informations recueillies lors des entretiens, des vérifications de références, des candidatures et des CV.
  • Anticiper les besoins futurs de recrutement de l’entreprise et développer de manière proactive des relations avec les talents pertinents.
  • Proposer des stratégies de sourcing pour les postes difficiles à pourvoir / critiques de la région.

Marque employeur & diversité et inclusion :

  • Construire et déployer une stratégie de marque employeur qui fait vivre la culture Sephora, tout en tenant compte des besoins et usages locaux, afin d’attirer, fidéliser et inspirer les équipes de nos magasins. Mettre en œuvre les actions de marque employeur pour l’ensemble des magasins de la région concernée.
  • Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur/ambassadrice de la marque Sephora et assurer un suivi rapide des recommandations internes. Veiller à ce que l’équipe Talent Acquisition incarne nos valeurs et notre marque dans toutes les interactions avec les candidat(e)s internes et externes.

Formation / accompagnement des talents :

  • Superviser les forums / salons de recrutement liés aux ouvertures de nouveaux magasins, en partenariat avec le/la District Manager concerné(e).
  • Créer et mettre à jour des contenus de formation pour les leaders terrain au niveau national. Travailler en partenariat avec l’équipe Talent Development afin de soutenir la stratégie de formation long terme sur le recrutement.
  • Animer régulièrement, chaque trimestre, des sessions « Field Talent Playbook » destinées aux nouveaux/elles Store Leaders.

Reporting stratégique & autres responsabilités :

  • Soutenir la stratégie terrain grâce à des indicateurs pertinents et au maintien de l’intégrité des données.

  • Réaliser une veille marché sur le paysage des talents, maintenir une connaissance solide des tendances du secteur et de la concurrence, et partager les informations pertinentes avec l’activité.

  • Piloter des projets spécifiques visant à améliorer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement.

  • Maintenir le tableau de bord Talent Acquisition ainsi que le reporting stratégique afin de soutenir la croissance des équipes terrain.

  • Collaborer avec d’autres leaders transverses et apporter les meilleures pratiques issues des partenaires TA/RH globaux.

  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse du budget de l’équipe Talent Acquisition terrain.

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ :

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 à 7 ans d’expérience au sein d’une équipe Talent Acquisition internalisée de premier plan.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le recrutement et le fait d’embaucher les bons talents, sur les bons postes, au bon moment, afin de construire une organisation performante.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la mise en place de stratégies et de programmes de recrutement au sein d’une organisation à rythme soutenu.
  • Vous savez travailler avec un fort sens de l’urgence et faites preuve d’une grande attention aux détails.
  • Vous disposez d’excellentes compétences de communication orale et écrite ; vous savez écouter, simplifier et diffuser l’information en l’adaptant au public cible.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, professionnel(le) et fédérateur(rice), avec une attitude positive ; vous contribuez en continu au succès de Sephora avec une approche « aucune tâche n’est trop petite ».
  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, est requise.

Ready for a career glow-up? As, the Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail, you will create and own the proactive recruitment structure for the Retail business within Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will identify and recruit exceptional talent to facilitate Sephora’s continued success in creating truly inspirational customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Hiring Top Talent:

  • Responsible for full-cycle store leadership hiring for a defined region (multi-district). Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process that delivers an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support the talent/succession planning strategy by collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers.
  • Proactively determine any talent gaps in the region and provide a customized recruitment strategy for each district/region.
  • Make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications and resumes.
  • Anticipate the Company’s future hiring needs and proactively build relationships with relevant talent.
  • Provide strategies for sourcing Hard to Fill / Critical Roles for region.

Employer Brand & Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Build and implement an employer branding strategy to bring to life the culture of Sephora while balancing local needs and customs that helps attract, retain and inspire employees in our retail stores. Implement any employer brand strategies for all retail stores within the scope of the region.
  • Act as a Sephora brand ambassador and follow up with internal referrals in a timely manner. Ensure the talent acquisition team is representing our values and brand with all interactions with internal and external candidates.

Talent Education:

  • Oversee New Store Opening career fairs in partnership with the respective District Manager.
  • Create and update Education Content for field leaders nationally. Partner with Talent Development team to support long-term recruitment education strategy.
  • Consistently delivering Field Talent Playbook sessions Quarterly for new Store Leaders.

Strategic Reporting & Other Accountabilities:

  • Support field strategy through meaningful metrics and maintaining data integrity

  • Perform market research on the talent landscape, maintain a strong grasp of industry trends & competition, and share relevant information with the business.

  • Lead special projects to enhance overall recruiting process.

  • Maintain the Talent Acquisition Dashboard and strategic reporting to support the growth of the field.

  • Partners with other cross functional leaders and brings best practices from global TA/HR partners

  • Maintain a strong hold on budget for the field talent acquisition team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Verbal and written fluency in French and English is required
  • You have minimum 5-7 years’ experience at top tier in-house talent team
  • You are passionate about recruiting and hiring the right Talent in the right roles at the right time in order to build an organization
  • You have experience establishing recruitment strategies and programs in a fast-paced organization
  • You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency, and have strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, simplify, and disseminate information tailored to the target audience
  • You are dynamic, engaging, professional with positive attitude; constantly contributing to Sephora’s success—“no task is too small” approach
