Job Description Summary The Service and Billing Clerk supports daily operations in the Service department by scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians to dental offices. They also support the Field Technicians with billing and warranty matters.

Job Description Supports the billing and warranty process by:

  • Efficiently processing warranty parts returns to minimize financial loss
  • Assisting Technicians with related procedures and processes
  • Monitoring and charting work order submissions
  • Supporting and acting as backup for all other areas of Sinclair Parts and Service
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by understanding and following safety procedures and reporting injuries or unsafe acts
  • Assisting with Biolase billing and warranty returns
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Provides Customer Service To Clients And Service Technicians By

  • Entering work orders into the system
  • Billing monthly maintenance contracts
  • Handling service issues by phone and email
  • Dispatching emergency service calls to Service Technicians

Education And Experience

  • 2–3 years of office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)

  • Friendly personality and excellent phone etiquette

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position $41,000.00 - $61,400.00 Annual
