Location Address : Onsite role - 888 Birchmount Road 6th Floor, Scarborough – 5 days onsite, with up to 1 day per week going Downtown to 44 King as well
Contract Duration : 6 months (Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE)
Story Behind the Need
Business group: Cybersecurity Operations – accountable for protecting the bank and responding to cybersecurity threats – with teams for cyber threat operations, identity, access management, detection and alert management, creation of detecting capabilities in end point, have key programs and deliverables that are used to keep the bank safe
Project: Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) is an enterprise program to enhance the capabilities of detecting cyber threats and malicious activities.

Typical Day in Role:
• Helps support detection and response processes and help address gaps in event logging controls and tools.
• Supports the execution and coordination of Cyber Threat Detection & Response (CTDR) program-related initiatives, including enhancements to CTDR policies, standards, processes and workflows to detect cyber threats and malicious activities.
• Manages program tracking and follow-up activities, collaborates across business functions and prepares weekly CTDR working group reports outlining key decisions and approvals needed from a program standpoint.
• Provides support in addressing CTDR audit and regulatory obligations, assembling closure documentation and gathering evidence to verify compliance.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

8+ years of relevant experience in security and project/program management

Experience with strategy

Experience with technical documentation, technical writing – summarizing technical information at a high level for senior management

Expert level of expertise with MS Suite Office (PowerPoint, Word)
Nice-To-Have Skills:

Education:
Security certifications (CISSP etc.)
