About the Role
We’re looking for a People & Culture Partner to support leaders across the business with a strong focus on talent acquisition and people partnership. In this role, you’ll help shape hiring strategies, attract top talent, and support employee growth—all while reinforcing a culture that aligns with our business goals and values.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned teams, from intake through offer.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
People Partnership & Development
- Promote internal opportunities and support a culture of growth and development.
- Assist leaders in identifying and developing internal talent.
- Support employee development conversations and growth planning.
Collaboration & Culture
- Support engagement initiatives and reinforce company values.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, connecting them with People & Culture programs and expertise.
- Collaborate with People & Culture team members to ensure consistent support across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, HR generalist, or talent-related roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders.
- Excellent organization skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
