Conversion into a permanent role is contingent on completion of regulatory proficiency requirements including CIRE and Derivatives Exams by CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization).
Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include:
- Contact applicants who have submitted live account applications (warm leads only)
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups via email and chat to assist with account completion
- Address Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) applications and guide clients through KYC requirements
- Explain FOREX.com’s trading platforms, tools, and product offerings (FX and CFDs)
- Provide guidance on funding options, platform navigation, and basic trade execution
- Communicate regulatory requirements under CIRO and internal compliance standards
- Facilitate account opening, funding, and readiness for trading
- Track and manage client progress through CRM (Salesforce) and ensure timely updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (KYC, Financial Operations) to resolve onboarding issues
- Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to understand their trading goals
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional services or education to enhance client experience
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion and deposit KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in Salesforce
Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ year experience in FX or CFD sales, brokerage, or financial services with proven success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamic)
What makes you stand out:
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin/Cantonese) preferred
Education / Certification:
- Must obtain CIRO licensing (CIRE, Derivatives Exam) within 60 days of hire
Working environment:
- 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Hiring Salary Range $60,000 CAD - $80,000 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)
