About the role

Position Overview

The Division Head, Medical Oncology and Malignant Hematology will provide leadership and vision for the Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care, education, and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Division in clinical, educational, and research initiatives.
  • Collaborating with other divisions and departments to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Overseeing the recruitment, development, and performance of faculty and staff.
  • Promoting a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion within the Division.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or equivalent degree.
  • Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology.
  • Proven leadership experience in an academic setting.
  • Strong track record of research and publications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in program development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Commitment to mentorship and education.

Additional Information
