Your Education, Skills And Experience
- A relevant 2-year post-secondary diploma or certificate combined with 5 years of HR experience, ideally in multi-union public sector.
- Knowledgeable with Human Rights code, Employment standards Act and Workers' Compensation Act
- Demonstrated ability to compose a variety of documents of confidential and complex nature using superior research skills including HR statistical reports
- A strong capacity to manage ever-changing priorities and high-volume workload.

Location: District Administration Office
Wage: $33.18 per/hr. supported by a competitive benefit package and municipal pension plan
