Your day-to-day:

  • Respond professionally to incoming calls and build a relationship of trust with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service—the kind that makes people remember you fondly.
  • Offer the right products and services by understanding the customer's real needs.
  • Work with your team to achieve goals (and celebrate small successes).
  • Juggle listening, efficiency, and empathy—a real customer service sport!

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent French, both spoken and written.
  • Diplomacy, listening skills, and dynamism, because that's the magic trio of customer service.
  • Comfort with computer tools (you don't need to code, just click fast).
  • A stable Internet connection—minimum 30 Mb/s.
  • Availability Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
