Job Description
- Process and manage billing operations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
- Handle TDx billing systems and related administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial protocols and deadlines
- Manage team member onboarding and offboarding processes through Fieldglass platform
- Coordinate with multiple geographical prime contractors and stakeholders
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees
- Maintain accurate records of team changes and status updates
- Process credential requests and manage access permissions
- Handle asset requests and equipment allocation
- Provide proactive follow-up on pending items across different teams
- Serve as liaison between various teams and departments
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure timely completion of cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, google worksheet and data management
- Experience with Fieldglass platform for workforce management is preferred
- Knowledge of TDx billing systems and processes is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to follow-ups and task completion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work products
- Background in vendor management or contractor coordination is preferred
