How You'll Perform The Role
- Perform general maintenance or preventative maintenance tasks that do not require trade license
- Respond to maintenance requests and provide on-call responses during emergencies
- Diligently follow lockout / tag out procedures whenever required
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work units
- Perform all work in a safe manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the Company
- Lift and move product / parts / boxes when required
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
What We Need From You
- Good communication skills to liaise with both Management and Trades personnel
- Consistently show good judgment and attention to detail
- Able to use Genie boom, scissor lift, forklift and ladders
- Must have own set of tools
- Able to work at heights and on top of silos
- Takes initiative and follows through to ensure completion of projects
- Strong team player
- Must have understanding of basic maintenance functions
- Must have the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel)
- Good communication in English (verbal and written)
- Able to work 8 hours shift Monday to Friday
