Woodbine Nissan is looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic and customer-focused service team. This position plays an integral role in ensuring our guests receive a seamless, transparent, and personalized service experience.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Prepare and write accurate repair orders
- Communicate clearly between guests and technicians regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations
- Present and sell necessary repairs or maintenance based on technician assessments
- Provide regular follow-ups to keep guests informed throughout the service process
- Review and explain work performed and associated charges with guests upon completion
- Support the service team with administrative and operational tasks as required
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with PBS, DealerTrack, or other dealership CRM/DMS systems (PBS experience is a strong asset)
- Professional phone manner and solid typing/computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
