What you’ll do:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects on time, on budget, and up to Murex quality standards to achieve client satisfaction; obtain client signoffs at each project milestone
- Effectively lead and motivate a cross-functional team in a matrix organization; ensure project team has all the necessary resources, tools, and information flow for continued delivery
- Manage tight project deadlines and high client expectations. Effectively communicate client feedback, including escalations, within the organization to quickly rectify issues
- Responsible for tracking effort on projects, managing change requests, and providing client with projected effort and costs. Summarize and report project financials to company management
- Work with the presales team to represent the services organization methodology to prospective clients
- Review and suggest improvements to the current processes and methodology to ensure we deliver project as efficiently as possible and exceed client expectations
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- minimum 8 years of Project Management experience, ideally in, driving the implementation of Treasury/Capital Markets software (preferred) or other banking software
- Experience delivering results on projects or programs in a vendor environment
- Self-motivated to move projects forward and ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Experience in leading projects through their full life cycle while managing team members and change
- Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing capital markets implementation projects
- Experience in supporting business opportunities through the creation of service proposals, statement of works, and presentation of service methodology
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams to problem-solve in the face of deadlines
